Each person has sat or sits on a number of Boards and has dedicated a portion of their life to charitable activities along ide their commercial worlds.
We are passionate about children, education, stabilising lives of those impacted by war and providing opportunities of safety, growth and development.

Irene Molodtsov is a business leader, entrepreneur and a humanitarian.
Irene is the former CEO of Sia Partners UK & Ireland, a management and data science consultancy. Prior to
joining Sia Partners in 2016, she co-founded a business transformation firm Molten before it was sold to Sia
Partners in 2016. At Sia Partners, Irene was responsible for running and growing three offices offering Transformation, Financial, Energy & Utilities and Growth & Innovation services.
Irene is a Governor of South Gloucestershire & Stroud College and sits on various private boards.
Irene is one of five volunteers who set up https://www.oursupport4ukraine.com - a humanitarian initiative that to date has delivered 240 tonnes of aid directly into Ukraine. This aid (food, hygiene, bedding, medical and
other) has been raised in London, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire and transported in 24 tonne lorries into
Irene is a British Citizen, born in Odessa Ukraine. She resides with her husband, two kids, 25 chickens, 4 geese and a dog in Gloucestershire. Irene, together with her parents, left Odessa as a refugee in the 1980s.

Mike McGuigan is a seasoned businessman with a particular focus on strategy, operations and profitability.
Mike ran a variety of businesses in BP, including in its Chemicals and Retail areas.
He subsequently became CEO of Elemica, a supply chain network, taking this company from failure on to growth and profitability. Elemica was subsequently successfully sold for a 9 figure sale price.
Mike now manages his investment portfolio hands on. He is currently managing a growing Cotswolds based café chain in which he and his wife have invested.

Noelle is a consultant lawyer specializing in Corporate Governance and Intellectual Property Law in the life sciences and charity sectors. She has enjoyed an interesting and varied international career including roles as Head of an Intellectual Property Law practice in the City and as Senior Group Counsel of a FTSE 5 company. She now combines consultancy and non-executive director work with exploring new places and working on reducing her significant golf handicap!
She has held several Non-Executive Director roles in the FCMG sector and is delighted to be working with UKUTogether as a Trustee and Chairman of the charity.

Rory is the former CEO of Sia Partners UK & Ireland, a management and data science consultancy. Prior to joining Sia Partners in 2016, he co-founded a business transformation firm Molten before it was sold to Sia Partners in 2016. At Sia Rory was CEO for six years until 2022 and created a successful and dynamic business in the UK and Ireland.
As well as the intellectual world of management consulting Rory is a director of a family of cafes that has is own food production business. He is a delighted to be a trustee of UKUATogether. Rory has also invested in and brought to market several medium sized businesses. In most of Rory's key endeavours so far his business partner is Irene Molodtsov.
Rory is Irish, married to Noelle, has two grown up children, and a single figure handicap which he works hard to keep.

Tanya Tikhnenko is a London based independent art consultant and researcher specialising in Contemporary art. She works with artists, galleries and art collections internationally on exhibition projects and strategy development. She has previously worked for Phillips de Pury auction house, Magazzino gallery in Rome and Montabonel & Partners cultural strategy agency in London.
Tanya is a registered NHS Volunteer responder and has previously volunteered at a foodbank in London during the Covid pandemic. Tanya has been with UKUAT since 2022 and has helped match and settle numerous families.

Svetlana is a Diplomat having completed degrees from both, the Kyiv Institute of International Relations Graduated and the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Svetlana has spent her professional career working in the area of legislation in Ukraine. She has ran a number of successful election campaigns for people's deputies of Ukraine. She also headed up the Ukrainian Oil Products Stabilization Fund as well as serving as the Secretary of the Commissions of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine.
Svetlana continues to serve on a number of Industrial Boards and Institutions in Ukraine.
Svetlana is a member of the Rotary Club of England and Ireland. The first Ukrainian in the history of the club to be given the honour.
Svetlana is married and has a beautiful daughter and a gorgeous bulldog. Her life moto is: “Good deeds are done quietly’

Kitty is a trained actress, director, writer and communicator who is been involved in voluntary work in the UK since moving to England from the South of France, 9 years ago.
She has worked extensively with the New Forest Basics Bank providing food and basic supplies to families in the area.
She lives with her husband, and three kids near Lymington in Hampshire where they spend much of their time in or on the water.

Sasha is financial services director at BDO LLP, the fifth largest professional services firm globally.
She is also an inclusion leader (BAME, BLM and LGBT+ Ally), a mentor with the 30% Club, The Prince’s Trust and the co-founder of a successful women’s London network (over 600 members) for seven years, sponsored by Westpac Bank. Prior to joining BDO 10 years ago, Sasha worked for KPMG, Adecco Group and a local Australian not-for-profit.
Sasha’s mother, father and sister come from Odessa Ukraine. She is a mother of two children and two dogs, living with her husband in London.

Simon is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years experience in professional services and industry in the UK and Australia, leading strategic projects, including business integrations and separations, refinancing, turnaround and corporate restructurings.
Simon is currently Director of Group Finance at The Rank Group Plc, and has held senior finance roles with other leading gambling operators in the UK over the last five years.
Outside of work, Simon has been a School Governor and Charity Trustee in London, and since the war began, has been involved in supporting logistics for humanitarian aid as well as more recently supporting refugees with visa applications under the Homes for Ukraine Scheme.
Simon lives in London with his wife Sasha, two children and two dogs.
